The hotel is really new, clean, with a nice touch and smell. The rooms look fresh and modern; however, there are just a few things that would have made the stay more enjoyable. The service was fantastic, very friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay, not only in the hotel but around the city too. The location is superb, quiet yet only a 5-minute walk from the Queen Street Mall. The dining experience was delicious at Jak+Hill. Overall, a great stay with some minor room for improvement.
